Onboarding and Verification

Complete the Onboarding Test to create your Proctortrack profile and check your computer’s technical requirements.

Onboarding Profile and approval

It’s a good idea to do the onboarding exam and create your profile ahead of an exam, to save you some time when you’re ready to take a real assessment. Review of your profile can take up to 8 hours, and you’ll be notified of the result via email. Finish this step well in advance. Until you successfully complete the onboarding process you can not take a Proctortrack exam.

On Exam Day

Once your profile is approved, you can take the exam. Proctortrack verifies your identity at the start of each exam and compares it with your onboarding profile to ensure the right person is taking the test.
